🎉 Newly Added Features

• Block Off Time: You can now block off times directly in Breely by clicking and dragging on the calendar or choosing the “Block Time” button under the MiniCal. This is great if you don’t sync to a calendar or only want to block off time on your schedule
• Ban Clients: Within a clients details, click the “…” menu then “Ban”. This will ban a client and their browser from booking appointments or submitting forms, and show the message you specify
• Gift Certificates: Now live to everyone — this includes scheduling email delivery of gift certificates

💪 Improvements

• Icons and tags show on appointments in the Calendar section indicating if they are fully paid, partially paid ($!), or the client redeemed a package/subscription
• Import gift certificates from a spreadsheet within Gift Certificates > “…” menu > Import
• Coupons can be applied to Subscriptions & Packages
• Draft an email to all class attendees by clicking “…” in a class then “Email”
• Limits in Availability can now have exceptions based on People instead of event types
• Max number of bookings accepted can now specify the max number per week in addition to the max per day
• Resend automations to clients by going to the Log within an event and choosing “resend”
• Max attendees for classes can now be set when offering a class — this is especially useful if you have a recurring class and need to change max attendees
• Calendly does not offer a way to export clients, so we published a code snippet to let you do this on your own
• Report on Gift Certificates by starting a report from scratch, then choose to report on Gift Certificates
• Admins can redeem gift certificates within “Make a Payment” and entering the gift certificate code
• Admins can apply coupons to events by clicking “Apply Coupon” under Payments
• Updated UI under automations when you click “Insert” to insert a field. This helps ease of use with the larger number of options
• Country code will show on the phone question for users outside of the United States
• Scheduling has been improved to avoid sending duplicate emails for recurring appointments and also improvements to how the default form is chosen when booking as an admin

• The “Features & Integrations” section now contains Breely features you can enable! This will allow us add additional features without overcomplicating the interface with features you don’t use
• The new weekly class view for desktop allows for better viewing of multiple days and selecting/booking multiple classes at once
• Recurring booking improvements now let you be more selective with which times are booked
• The calendar now supports color-coding by event type, and will remember your filter selections
• When a person is deleted from Availability, the data will be saved to show accurate historical reports
• Dozens of bugfixes and under-the-hood improvements
