Breely is now Free

Starting a business is an act of creativity, but too often paywalls get in the way before you know if your idea works.

We’re changing that so you can build your idea and focus on creating — not paying.

Every feature is now free while you’re working with up to 10 clients per month. Booking, payments, email and SMS notifications, forms, automations — everything is fully unlocked.

You only pay once Breely is genuinely helping you run a growing business. Until then, it’s on us.

Is Breely really free?

Yes. All features are included while you have ten clients or fewer. Booking, payments, email and SMS notifications, forms, and more are fully available.

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one. We want to make Breely accessible to more people, and the best way to do that is to make all core Breely features free. Once you grow to where your usage more than justifies the price you will need to pay.

Are you selling my data?

No. Your data stays yours. We do not sell user data.

How does Breely make money?

Once you grow past ten clients, you can upgrade to the Business plan for $7/mo per user (that’s an admin user added under Settings › Users). It’s designed to stay affordable as your business scales.

What if I’m already on the Business plan but under ten clients?

You’re covered. Head to Settings › Billing in your account and switch to the Free plan at any time.

🎉 Newly Added Features

• Block Off Time You can now block off times directly in Breely by clicking and dragging on the calendar or choosing the “Block Time” button under the MiniCal. This is great if you don’t sync to a calendar or only want to block off time on your schedule
• Ban Clients Within a clients details, click the “…” menu then “Ban”. This will ban a client and their browser from booking appointments or submitting forms, and show the message you specify
• Gift Certificates Now live to everyone — this includes scheduling email delivery of gift certificates

• Icons and tags show on appointments in the Calendar section indicating if they are fully paid, partially paid ($!), or the client redeemed a package/subscription
• Import gift certificates from a spreadsheet within Gift Certificates > “…” menu > Import

• Admins can redeem gift certificates within “Make a Payment” and entering the gift certificate code
• Admins can apply coupons to events by clicking “Apply Coupon” under Payments
• Updated UI under automations when you click “Insert” to insert a field. This helps ease of use with the larger number of options
• Country code will show on the phone question for users outside of the United States
• Scheduling has been improved to avoid sending duplicate emails for recurring appointments and also improvements to how the default form is chosen when booking as an admin
